Alabama RB T.J. Yeldon puts Alabama up 10-3 over West Virginia (Video)

There were a lot of people that were under the belief that the Alabama Crimson Tide were going to head into the Georgia Dome on Saturday and have their way with West Virginia early and often. Well it hasn’t exactly gone that way, but as we were reminded, as long as running back T.J. Yeldon is on the field, the Crimson Tide are never out of a game completely.

With the game tied at three just as the second quarter got underway, and a lot of stunned people watching because of that, Yeldon took a hand off from Blake Sims and proceeded to get himself into the end zone by any means necessary.

You know, just Yeldon doing Yeldon things.

That was yet another amazing run from one of the best backs in the country, and someone who once again is a candidate to walk away with the Heisman trophy when the season is all over.

But, you also have to wonder just how much of this load he can carry. Part of the reason that the Tide are having such a tough time is because of the fact that Sims has not had the best of debuts for Nick Saban and company.
