The college football action on opening weekend gets kicked off extra early here in the United States on Saturday, as we will be treated to a match up between the Penn State Nittany Lions and UCF Knights, a game that will be contested over in the beautiful venue of Dublin, Ireland.

For Penn State on Saturday, this game signals the beginning of a new era as they get set to be removed from sanctions rather soon. Behind the arm of current Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles, UCF won the American Athletic Conference in 2013, earning them a bid to the Fiesta Bowl. It was in that game that they stunned the college football world by defeating the Big 12 Champion Baylor Bears.
