The Chicago Bears are taking on the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football. For the 49ers it is the opening of their new stadium, and a big party. They were up 10-0 in the second half and things were going well.

Then Colin Kaepernick threw this pass towards a receiver, who wasn’t not necessarily in double coverage but not exactly open either. Safety Chris Conte pulled off an incredibly athletic move, throwing himself through the air in a manner that seemed to defy gravity to intercept the ball.

Conte then was able to get up and run for a bit before being brought down for the tackle. It almost looks like Conte was shot out of a cannon to make that pick.
