Tom Brady does TBT by sharing college resume
By this point, I think it’s safe to say you know who Tom Brady is. Whether you know him as Gisele Bundchen’s husband, or the quarterback of the New Englad Patriots, Tom Brady is probably a household name. Prior to his fame and stardom though, he was a sixth round draft pick in the 2000 NFL draft.

Despite most 6th round picks not typically panning out, Tom Brady has gone on to be a future Hall of Fame quarterback, and one of the most decorated of all time. However, back in 2000, and after the 5th round passed him by, Brady thought he may have another calling.
Today, as is every Thursday for the forseeable future, is dubbed Throwback Thursday. It’s a day in which people revel in the lore of yesteryear on their favorite social media platform.
Thanks to his verified Facebook account, Brady is sharing his college resume with us. Despite being passed by 198 picks in the 2000 NFL draft, his name was called, and it wasn’t his resume landing him the job.
Nothing is guaranteed as a 6th round pick however, and despite being what he is now, Tom Brady could have had no inclinations as to what was to come when he heard his name called back in 2000. Looking over his resume, filled with sales experience and internships, it looks like that Bachelor of General Studies degree may come in handy.
Good thing for Brady, the resume he built with his arm, and his football IQ surpassed anything a piece of paper could signify. As they say, the rest is history.
