Crest pulls out of NFL Breast Cancer Awareness campaign

The domestic violence epidemic in the NFL right now is starting to cost more than just players and fans the lifestyle they have grown accustomed to, as now sponsors are laying down the hammer in a way Roger Goodell seemed afraid to initially.

Next month is going to be an interesting month for the NFL as the league which kinda-sorta excused domestic violence up to this point is going to be raising awareness for a major female cancer that effects far more women than it does men. Breast cancer awareness month — or the ‘Pink Initiative’ — is one of the biggest months of the year for NFL sponsors raising awareness for cancer research but the oxymoron of a league which turned a blind eye to domestic abuse supporting a female cause is too much for some.
According to Darren Rovell, P&G Crest has pulled out of advertising with the NFL next month.
This is huge in that now cancer research and awareness is being directly effected thanks to all of this, which is yet another massively negative fallout from this whole situation.
