College football rankings: Projected AP Top 25 after Week 4
By Jack Crosby
Week 4 of the 2014 college football season was certainly in no way void of excitement. After some critical losses, though, there will no doubt be a shake up in the rankings come Sunday.

The one that probably stands out the most is the way the ninth-ranked LSU Tigers were abused at home by Mississippi State. While they did make a nice comeback attempt at the end, overall this one was owned by the Bulldogs, who came away with the huge victory.
Florida State should still remain in the top spot, although that’s not really a guarantee. Without Jameis Winston on Saturday, the ‘Noles still beat the Clemson Tigers, however they needed an overtime period to get it done. It will be interesting to see how many voters lost confidence in the reigning champs.
With that being said, via CBS Sports, here is a look at what the rankings could look like when they are released later on in the day on Sunday:
1. Florida State (1).
2. Oregon* (2).
3. Alabama (3).
4. Oklahoma (4).
5. Auburn (5).
6. Texas A&M (6).
7. Baylor (7).
8. Notre Dame (9).
9. Ole Miss (10).
