With a Thursday Night Football matchup, as well as a host of Sunday games already in the books, it is time for Sunday Night Football to take center stage.  With Madden 15, we are looking into just how EA Sports prized video game sees the matchup playing out.

A game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Carolina Panthers, Sunday Night Football should definitely be full of hard-nosed football.  The Steelers dropped a matchup against the Baltimore Ravens last week on Thursday night, while the Panthers defense showed up big and stifled the Detroit Lions powerful offense.

For this week’s Sunday Night Football contest, here is how Madden 15 sees things going.

Pittsburgh Steelers (13) Carolina Panthers (9)

Ben Roethlisberger 268 yards
Le’Veon Bell 26 carries 60 yards 1 touchdown
Greg Olsen 7 receptions 66 yards
Antonio Brown 6 receptions 50 yards
Ryan Shazier 10 tackles

As expected, a hard-nosed football game with little scoring, both the Steelers and the Panthers showed up on the defensive side of the ball.  Carolina will continue to rely on its defense throughout the season, but on Sunday night, Big Ben was just too much.  Posting respectable passing numbers, Le’Veon Bell was able to find running space on the ground.

Madden 15’s rookie of the year pick, Ryan Shazier also manned the middle very well for the Steelers in the contest.
