Detroit Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch injured his knee and is questionable to return to today’s game against the Green Bay Packers. To add insult to injury, Tulloch did it to himself.

While celebrating a sack, Tulloch was going into his little celebration and — BOOM — down he went.

You can see the video below:

Welp, that is embarrassing.

If the knee injury proves to be something that keeps Tulloch out of action for a few weeks, he will forever be remembered with the likes of Bill Gramatica, who blew out his ACL while celebrating a mid-range field goal, and Gus Frerotte, who sprained his neck after he headbutted a wall behind the endzone to celebrate a score.

Being athletic doesn’t always mean that you are graceful.
