His wife is the daughter of NFL on FOX studio analyst Terry Bradshaw, and the death of his son-in-law caused the former Steelers quarterback to miss this week’s edition of the show. Bradshaw flew back to home to be with his family as they grieve the death of their loved one.

As The Hollywood Reporter points out, Bradshaw missed the Fox Pregame show today due to the death of Bironas.

"Fox issued a statement about the absence, explaining that the former Pittsburgh Steelers legend “flew home to take care of his family.”During their pre-game coverage Sunday, broadcasters on both Fox and CBS offered their condolences to Bradshaw and his family."

The tragedy is one that is just hard to deal with for many people as anyone someone dies so suddenly, it’s a shock to the system. Bradshaw is close with his family and his daughter’s loss and his grandchildren’s loss is one that Bradshaw clearly shares.
