Week 4 of the NFL season is here and that can only mean one thing—bye weeks are upon us.

The scourge of fantasy football owners everywhere, bye weeks are a good time for teams to reassess what has happened in the games before, make adjustments, get players healthy and prepare for the rest of the season.

So even though they aren’t playing, it’s not like they aren’t working.

For list of teams for this first week of byes is a long one, with six in all. The Arizona Cardinals, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Denver Broncos, Seattle Seahawks and St. Louis Rams are all off this week and taking a moment to reboot and retool.

Let’s take a look at each one, what they’ve done so far, what they need to be better at and what could be next for them once they come out of the NFL Week 4 Byes.
