Ravens’ John Harbaugh addresses Michigan coaching rumors
By Sam Richmond
As the seat for Michigan head coach Brady Hoke has gotten warmer, the rumor mill has been buzzing that Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh could be the next to coach for the Maize and Blue.

However, Harbaugh downplayed the idea of him leaving Baltimore for Ann Arbor on Monday, suggesting that Hoke will be coaching the Wolverines for the foreseeable future.
On the surface, this is a ridiculous comment. After an embarrassing 30-14 loss at home to Minnesota on Saturday that gave the Wolverines its third loss of the season, Hoke is as good as done at Michigan.
But Harbaugh is suggesting that the next coach won’t be him here. However, the fact that he didn’t straight-up deny his interest or say he wants to remain with the Ravens does leave him some wiggle room to leave for Michigan without being called a liar.
Harbaugh’s Ravens are 3-1 to start the 2014 NFL season. He has been with the team since 2008 and has gone 74-39 and won Super Bowl XLVII.
