Los Angeles Lakers’ swingman Nick Young, better known to many as Swaggy P and the boyfriend of Iggy Azalea, is becoming one of the best personalities in sports.

He is also comings off of the best season of his career and has even higher hopes for the 2014-2015 season.

“I might win MVP or try to go for 6th man of the year or most improved or defensive player of the year,” Young told Arash Markazi of ESPN.com. “I got robbed last year.”

Los Angeles Clippers’ guard Jordan Crawford took home the Sixth Man of the Year Award last year while Young finished 10th.

As much as Young likes the name Swaggy P, sometimes he prefers to hear his real name.

“Sometimes in the streets, people say Swaggy,” Young said. “I like to hear Nick sometimes or Nicolas.”

Young also is forcing rookie Jordan Clarkson to call him Daddy Swag and fellow rookie Julius Randle to call him Uncle Swag, told reporters he showed Kobe Bryant the ropes this summer and doesn’t keep tattoos on his right arm because it’s “strictly for buckets.”

In other words, Swaggy P is just the best.

Young averaged 17.9 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game while shooting 43.5% from the field, 38.6% from beyond the arc and 82.5% from the free throw line. In his career, he has averaged 12.2 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game while shooting 42.9% from the floor, 37.7% from three and 82.7% from charity stripe.
