TNT’s Inside the NBA is known by many is known by many as the best show in sports.

More from NBA

It airs after the network’s NBA games conclude (the crew also appears prior to the games and at halftime) and consists of host Ernie Johnson and three former NBA players, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny “The Jet” Smith. They are known for their back-and-fourth and sometimes outrageous opinions, especially Barkley, and the show has won five Emmy Awards.

Now, the folks at Turner are trying to get even more out of this show. Smith’s family will be starring in a reality show called The Smiths.

According to The Associated Press, Smith’s show will begin in the spring and will air on TBS.

"Former NBA star Kenny Smith and his family will appear on a reality show on TBS in the spring. The 49-year-old Smith is a basketball analyst for Turner, TBS’s parent company. The network said Tuesday it had ordered six episodes of “The Smiths.”The show will follow Smith, his wife and five children between the ages of 2 and 20."

If Smith’s show is half as good as Inside the NBA, we could be in for a treat.
