After getting blasted on Monday Night Football by the Kansas City Chiefs, Tom Brady was none too happy. The New England Patriots quarterback didn’t play very well himself though it appears he knows the reason for that.

A lack of talent surrounding him.

While Tom Brady was normally reserved and rather quiet when the New England Patriots were routinely among the elite in the NFL, he’s become more vocal given their recent struggles and seemingly took a shot at those around him when asked if there was enough talent on the New England Patriots’ roster.

For what it’s worth, Tom Brady did go on to suggest that he trusts everybody in the locker room and admitted that he himself needs to play better, though it did seem as if he was attempting to shift blame elsewhere with the suggestion that the team may not have enough talent.

Of course, Tom Brady could be completely correct in his assessment as the Patriots aren’t exactly overflowing in Pro Bowl caliber talent like they once were, though it’s likely another quarterback who makes a similar sentiment about his team would be ripped apart in the media.

Brady and his Pats will attempt to get back on track when they host the Cincinnati Bengals and Sunday afternoon.
