Dear Dwight Howard,

This is maybe the most adorable thing anyone’s ever seen you do. You could pull a Gus Kenworthy and adopt an entire fleet of stray Russian puppies, and it still wouldn’t cause me to have the same feels as this. Seriously.

It’s nice to see that the Rockets aren’t overly hostile towards Chandler Parsons in the first meet-up between the two since Parsons headed to Dallas. As a matter of fact, I’m not sure there’s ANY hostility here. That’s the hug of the ages.

Of course, you know that they say- keep your enemies closer. For all we know, Dwight Howard, you’re secretly trying to break one of Parsons’ ribs prior to the start of the game. I’d like to think you’d never do anything that nefarious, but stranger things have happened.

Before we sign off, a quick question- am I allowed to hug Chandler Parsons like that? I’ve contemplated it, but I’m not sure I’m all that comfortable with my odds of success. I have a feeling that would involve some people who are not Chandler Parsons. Like, you know. Police officers and security guards.

Hopefully, Dwight Howard, you gave Chandler Parsons enough love for all of us.
