Jenn Sterger’s Manning/Favre Tweet Wins The Internet Tonight
Jenn Sterger gives Peyton Manning some friendly advice: Don’t open a multimedia message from Brett Favre.
Hey, Peyton? You might wanna listen to this one.
I love this tweet. I think it’s perfect and hilarious, and I wish that I’d been the one to tweet it.

Of course, that would have been infinitely less funny, because Brett Favre has never sent me lewd pictures of his family jewels (or the surrounding paraphernalia), so it would be more of a sad attempt at making people laugh.
I also love that this shows a willingness to move on. Which is nice, since let’s be real — if I had a picture like that on my phone, I wouldn’t have moved on so much as saved it for ever and ever.
To be fair, I feel like Peyton Manning is one of those people who doesn’t check his texts, anyways. Have you ever had one of those friends who has 46 unread texts, at any given point in time? I hate those people.
Peyton Manning, you seem like those people.
That being said, Peyton, congratulations. Truly.
You’ve thrown your 509th career touchdown, which is nice. It’s a funny number, and I’m probably going to forget it and get it wrong when I repeat it to my friends, but truly- congratulations.
I’m sorry for overshadowing your achievement with talk of Favre’s dong.
