Mo’Ne Davis captured the attention of the world throughout the 2014 Little League World Series. Davis became the first girl to pitch a shutout in Little League World Series history and proved to be one of the best pitchers of the tournament.

Now, sports fans can learn more about Davis and her journey in a new Spike Lee-directed short documentary, which has been released in full online.

Check it out below:

The documentary was previously trimmed down to a minute for a Chevrolet commercial, which received widespread acclaim. The commercial ends with a message that reads, “”Chevrolet celebrates Mo’ne Davis and those who remind us that anything is possible.”

Both the commercial and documentary do a great job of letting us into Davis’ world. Kudos to both Lee and Chevrolet for creating these well-done pieces..

Fortunately for Davis, her appearance in the documentary and commercial will not strip of her amateur status and she will be allowed to play NCAA sports, according to ESPN’s Darren Rovell.

Davis has made it known in the past that she would prefer to play basketball, not baseball or softball, at the collegiate level.
