It’s a fantastic shot by Melo, considering James, one of the best defenders in the league was right in his face.

But Melo is regarded as one of the best offensive players in the NBA for a reason and he drilled the tough shot.

Carmelo finished the game with 25 points on 9-of-17 shooting with six assists. LeBron struggled throughout the contest, ending the night with 17 points on 5-of-15 shooting with five rebounds and eight turnovers.

The Knicks next game comes Sunday at home against the Charlotte Hornets. Cleveland will look to get its first win of the season on Friday against the Chicago Bulls on the road.
