Vince Carter mocked Chris Copeland after getting called for a foul in tonight’s NBA action between the Memphis Grizzlies and Indiana Pacers.

More from Indiana Pacers

The Memphis Grizzlies are facing off against the Indiana Pacers this evening in both teams’ second regular season game. Indiana is surprisingly up 53-45 at halftime, but Vince Carter and Chris Copeland got into it a bit after a foul call on Carter that resulted in two points for Copeland.

Copeland caught the basketball in the post and then made a series of head and ball fakes, and then seemingly hooked Carter with his elbow. Unfortunately for Carter, the play was called a foul and Copeland received two foul shots. Carter had a good laugh out of the play, and ended up mocking Copeland to the fans, scorers desk, and anyone else that would pay attention to him at the time.

Needless to say, this game has been a bit of a surprise and the Pacers are looking to prove themselves to the NBA. They aren’t expected to compete for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, but this would be a very nice win for them over a quality basketball team. Memphis isn’t done by a long shot, and the second half of this game could be a very entertaining one.
