More from Chicago Bears

Outside of an early blunder, it’s been a pretty solid Sunday for Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.

Just a week after the signal caller was abused by the Green Bay Packers, Cutler has picked apart the Minnesota Vikings secondary which included a rather impressive pump-fake for a touchdown. Now the former Vanderbilt talent was back at it though this time there was no trickery involved, simply guts.

Streaking down the field was wide receiver Brandon Marshall who had beat the Vikings defense and was making his way to the end zone.

Cutler noticed such and decided to fling up a 44-yard bomb to his wideout though in the process took a nasty hit.

Right as Jay Cutler released the pass a Vikings lineman got under his arm and drove him into the ground.

The pain probably wasn’t as bad as it normally would have been though as Brandon Marshall went up and hauled in the pass for a beautiful Chicago Bears touchdown.

Throwing such a pass was pretty enough but the unique camera angle on this particular touchdown really emphasized just how impressive the play was, be it the solid throw or the grab on Marshall’s part.

Not impressive? The Minnesota Vikings defense, despite the plastering hit to begin the sequence.
