Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler faked out multiple Minnesota Vikings defender with a solid pump fake en route to a touchdown pass.

More from Chicago Bears

Facing a 2nd and 6 while down ten points, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler knew he needed to make a play against the Minnesota Vikings.

Already having made one blunder on the afternoon, Cutler couldn’t make another though pressure from the defensive line seemed to be putting the signal caller in prime position to make another. That’s when Cutler showed off his skills as the quarterback flushed himself out of the pocket as the offensive line broke down.

Unfortunately for Cutler was another Minnesota Vikings lineman coming his way though that’s when the quarterback pulled out his bag of tricks and faked a pass. The move ended up faking out multiple Vikings as not only did the defensive lineman leave his feet in attempt to snag the fake, the defensive backs guarding wide receiver Alshon Jeffery also bit.

That left the wideout just enough space to get open in the end zone for Cutler who floated a beautiful pass between the two Vikings for a touchdown.

There’s no denying that Jay Culter makes boneheaded plays that even he can’t explain, though his ability to do exactly what he did above continues to be the reason why fans can’t quit the Chicago Bears quarterback.
