Kentucky Wildcats head coach John Calipari has a lot on his mind at the moment as he leads what could be one of the most dominating teams in college basketball history. Day after day he has a lot of different things running through his head, so it’s easy to forget the little things in life.
Unfortunately for Coach Calipari, he forgot something on Saturday that would be considered far from little.
On Saturday, Calipari wanted to wish his very special girl a happy 25th birthday, and he succeeded in that. It was special.
Now what’s not special about all this? Well, as his daughter Megan so quickly pointed out, today is in fact not the day of her birth.
Yes, Megan, awkward indeed this is. But Calipari made up for it the best we he could, I guess.
No, Coach, I’m pretty sure there is no “oops” here. One thing you never want to do is forget the birthday of an important female in your life.
