Editor’s note: This post will take a look at the top Fantasy Football Week 12 scoring leaders and top performers from the early games.

More from Chicago Bears

The NFL  got rolling on this Sunday  with seven early games in the 1:00 window. While many quickly turned into blowouts, the Falcons and Browns played a great game in Atlanta while the Bears and Packers held on to win their games by one score.

For your fantasy football team, these are the players who turned in the best scores from the seven early games:

Eddie Lacy-RB-Green Bay Packers

Lacy ran for 125 yards on his 25 carries against the Vikings while catching two passes for 13 yards and a second touchdown.  Lacy started slow but has seven double-digit fantasy games in his last eight games and at least 17 points in his last four.

Matt Forte-RB-Chicago Bears

The Bears came back and beat the Bucs behind a big game from Forte who ran for 89 yards on his 23 carries while scoring a pair of touchdowns.  He added five catches for 23 yards and helped save the Bears from another embarrassing defeat.

Isaiah Crowell-RB-Cleveland Browns

For the second week in a row, Crowell led the Browns backfield committee with 88 yards and a pair of touchdowns.  He still only had 12 carries and no catches but continues to be a solid play as long as he keeps getting so much of the Cleveland workload.

Cody Parkey-K-Philadelphia Eagles

Kickers don’t normally make our list, but Parkey put up a huge game at home against the Titans.  Parkey made five field goals on six attempts while adding four extra points.  Depending on your scoring, Parkey’s performance could have gotten you 20 points.

Tom Brady-QB-New England Patriots

Brady continued his surge with a solid game as the Patriots rolled the Lions at Foxboro.  Brady threw for 349 yards and a pair of touchdowns while also throwing an interception.

Aaron Rodgers-QB-Green Bay Packers

Rodgers only threw for 209 yards and a pair of touchdowns while adding 34 yards on the ground.  While it wasn’t a huge game for Rodgers, he continues to produce solid points every week.

LeSean McCoy-RB-Philadelphia Eagles

If any McCoy owners are still in the playoff hunt, he finally rewarded those who took him early in the draft with his first 100+ yard game with a touchdown on the season.  He had 21 carries while totaling 130 yards and a touchdown on the ground while adding one yard and one catch.

T.Y. Hilton-WR-Indianapolis Colts

Hilton only caught four passes but finished with 122 yards and a touchdown while adding 15 yards on a rush play as well.   Hilton was the top scoring WR on a slow day for receivers in the early games.

Teddy Bridgewater-QB-Minnesota Vikings

Bridgewater threw two touchdown passes while piling up 210 yards in the air and adding 32 yards on the ground.

Zach Mettenberger-QB-Tennessee Titans

Even though Tennessee  lost 43-24, Mettenberger threw for 323 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He is the highest scoring QB so far this week since he avoided turnovers and threw multiple touchdowns.

LeGarrette Blount-RB-New England Patriots

Blount returned to the Patriots with a big game in place of Jonas Gray who didn’t play after missing Friday’s practice.  Blount scored a pair of rushing TD’s while taking 12 carries for 78 yards.

Delanie Walker-TE-Tennessee Titans

Walker had a huge game against the Eagles who had defended the tight end well so far this season.  Walker showed that he’s healthy after his concussion and that he has a good connection with Zach Mettenberger while finishing with five catches for 155 yards.
