We take a look at the NFL‘s Week 12 biggest winners and losers

With 12 weeks almost in the books (save for a snow-shifted game and the usual Monday night affair), we should know where every team stands in terms of the playoffs, but there is still a lot of fog.

Oh, there are some teams we know all about. The New England Patriots and Green Bay Packers are red-hot, the New York Giants and Atlanta Falcons are disappointments and the less said about the Jacksonville Jaguars the better.

However, instead of clarifying many of the races for playoff spots, this weekend made them messier. Both western divisions (AFC and NFC) are tighter than ever, the AFC North is a virtual deadlock, and the top of the NFC East and NFC North just keep getting tighter.

That’s not a complaint by the way. That just puts all the fans in the “winners” column as we head down the stretch, which is a great place to be.
