The NFL brings people together. At least, that is what the league’s new “Together We Make Football” campaign is trying to convey to the masses.
Of course, it is marketing, but after looking at the following photo, it is hard to not find a little validity in the sentiment.
Apparently, locking down the love of her life was not the only thing on this bride’s mind that day. A perfect union would only be made more so with an impressive showing by her hometown Seattle Seahawks.

Indeed, she got her wish as the Seahawks made a statement with a 19-3 victory over the first place Arizona Cardinals. Not everyone is, or can be, an official 12th. However, these are the kinds of stories that grow the brand of the NFL indirectly, and as a result, the sport of football overall.
Perhaps the only change one would make would be to inject a little more enthusiasm into the groom. If not for a Seattle victory, then at the very least for his recent marriage to what we would hope is the love of his life.
Come on, man; raise those arms.
