LeBron James took his eye off the ball for one second, and well, we all know what happens when you take your eye off the ball.

It’s not often that we see LeBron James in an embarrassing situation on the court, given the fact that he’s generally the one dominating out there. However, it’s a notable life fact that no one in this world is perfect and we all make mistakes, even if you’re LeBron James.

And boy did he ever make one on Friday night as the Cleveland Cavaliers are taking on the Brooklyn Nets, and it almost got his head taken off.

At one point in the game Dion Waiters picked up the ball and the Cavaliers were ready to get themselves some transition points. To make matters even better, Waiters had a completely wide open LeBron James in front of him to get the ball to so he can take it to the other end and more than likely slam home with one of his poster dunks.

That would have been all well and good, except for one little problem.

LeBron took his eye off the ball for one second, allowing the ball to hilariously just smack him right in the kisser.

Yeah, that…that was not the plan.

You won’t see LeBron pull this often, and given the fact that he’s not hurt makes it OK to laugh at this.
