New York Giants rookie receiver Odell Beckham Jr. added to his torrential run to cap the NFL season with another two touchdown performance.

It appears the only thing that can slow down Odell Beckham Jr. is Odell Beckham Jr. After another game in which Beckham scored multiple touchdowns and capped 100 yards receiving, the rookie saw only one thing mar his day: a celebration penalty that didn’t escape the eye of coach Tom Coughlin.

“He finally got flagged for a celebration,” Coughlin said, per ESPN, in reference to Beckham’s taunting penalty for spinning the ball after his first touchdown. “So I hope that lesson is learned. He will tone it down. He will. He did.”

The rookie appeared to learn his lesson right away. His second touchdown, an 80-yard bomb, saw Beckham simply hand the ball to the referee after he found pay dirt. Unfortunately the rookie would make one more judgment error which cost the Giants two players on the field.

With the St. Louis Rams targeting him all day, Beckham responded to a late hit by Alec Ogletree in a way that teed of a brawl. Three players were ejected in the second quarter as a result.

“Since the first play, it felt as if there were a bunch of hawks all eyeing you,” Beckham said. “And we knew it was going to be like that. I was just trying to find a way to keep my composure. It was sometimes difficult today, but I tried my best to keep my head in the game and stay the course.”

If Beckham stays the course beyond this season, the New York Giants could be looking at a much different outlook in December of 2015.
