A look at the results from tonight’s Royal Rumble event in Philadelphia

After what was one of the greatest WWE title matches in history with Brock Lesnar retaining, it was now time to see who he would be facing at WrestleMania, as it was time for the Royal Rumble match.

The man who drew No. 1 was none other than The Miz. So basically, he is in some big trouble because he’s not winning this.

Out at No. 2 to start things off was his former tag partner, R-Truth. Wow, this is a bad starting combo.

At No. 3, the crowd really got on their feet with the return of Bubba Ray Dudley!

Both Miz and Truth were eliminated and then were treated to a match up between Bubba and the No. 4 entrant, Luke Harper. No. 5 was Bray Wyatt, and Bubba Ray was quickly eliminated.

Curtis Axel was out as No. 6, but he was attacked from behind by Erick Rowan, who got in the ring with his old buddies. The three of them went at it in the middle of the ring, before Bray eliminated Rowan and Harper together.

With Wyatt standing in the ring waiting, the Boogeyman was out next at 7. This is gonna get weird. After a clothesline, Bray got rid of Boogeyman. Bray looking strong.

But with Daniel Bryan out at No. 10, the elimination party was over for Bray.

The action cooled down for a bit with some of the lower card guys making their way out, that was until No. 14 when DDP may his way out to a nice pop.

At No. 15, though, it was time for Rusev to spoil the party.

Then, the world was STUNNED, when Bray Wyatt eliminated Daniel Bryan. Wow.

The life was literally sucked out of the building.

At No. 19, Roman Reigns’ music hit and he came out to a loud chorus of boos as he eliminated a few participants upon his arrival in the ring.

The crowd really didn’t get back into it until Dean Ambrose came out and started doing some damage at No. 25.

We went through the rest of the field until we got to Dolph Ziggler at No. 30.

After some back and forth,  we were down to the final four of Kane, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and the Big Show.

Ambrose was eventually eliminated by Kane and Show, but Reigns was able to overcome the odds and he will be heading off to WrestleMania 31 to face Brock Lesnar.

He was then beat down by Kane and the Big Show until The Rock came out to make the save.

However, what we didn’t know is that Rusev was hiding under the ring, but Roman tossed him out too. Reigns and Rock had a moment with one another and that was the show.
