Gareth Bale downplays Manchester United rumors

Real Madrid star Gareth Bale says he is happy and plays down talk of Manchester move
Welsh wizard Gareth Bale has played down talk of a transfer to English club Manchester United for a whopping $181,508,000.
Sky Sports news reported that the world record holder for biggest transfer fee paid has told a Spanish radio station that he doesn’t intend on making any moves before his contract expires which isn’t anytime soon.

The Real Madrid star moved to Spain from London where he played for Tottenham Hotspur for a world record fee, and there has been much speculation regarding his future and his relationship with teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.

There have been wide-spread rumors that the pair have had disputes, and Ronaldo is deemed to dislike the competition for head honcho.
However, these are merely reports and have never been confirmed.

Manchester United is in the middle of a major transition under new manager Louis Van Gaal, and there has been an outcry from Man United fans to make some more big transfers. Gareth Bale is reported to be a big target for the English club, but Bale was quick to dismiss the rumors.

This can’t be good news for Manchester United fans, but will no doubt be music to the ears of the Madrid faithful. There was also reports that there could be a swap deal involving Bale and Manchester keeper David de Gea. However, De Gea has signed a new contract and Bale has denied any Manchester speculation meaning the deal is 100 percent dead in the water.

Gareth Bale’s Real Madrid currently sits on top of the La Liga table, they are one point ahead of rivals Barcelona with one game in hand. Bale has 10 league goals and four assists this season.
