Justin Tuck is a fan of the Oakland Raiders signing Ndamukong Suh this offseason.

The Oakland Raiders are entering an offseason in which they hope to turn their franchise around. The team has been able to hire new head coach Jack Del Rio away from the Denver Broncos and appear to have finally stumbled upon as close to a franchise quarterback as they’ve seen in a while with Derek Carr.

But this offseason is going to be spent building a winner, and that may include going after some top free agents. The best free agent on the board is Ndamukong Suh, who is unlikely to reach a deal with the Detroit Lions that keeps him off the open market.

This greatly pleases second-year Oakland Raiders defensive end Justin Tuck, who is ready to see his team take a chance on Suh.

Tuck mentioned that he thinks Ndamukong Suh is ‘Raider-ish’ and thinks he’s a $100 million player.

"“(He’s) Raider-ish,” Tuck said. “And that’s one of the reasons why I know Raider Nation would applaud that move, beyond the fact that he’s an awesome football player. …Tuck, who was on radio row pitching sandwiches as one of Subway’s famous fans, said Suh is worth the $100-million contract that many have speculated he’ll receive this off-season."

100 million dollars.

Suh is no doubt a player who fits all the stylings of a Raiders player, as he doesn’t really care about how he is perceived by his fellow teammates and plays hard — often times too hard.

But it’s that hard playing style — a style that often times results in a fine or a suspension — that is keeping many teams off that $100 million bandwagon. Tuck and the Raiders instantly become contenders next year if they add Suh, draft well and Jack Del Rio can get the team rolling with some early momentum.

It won’t be easy, and signing Suh is a massive risk as well as a hefty investment, but it could all work out in the end.
