We are not kidding.

According to the Associated Press, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s officials said that Ricard Medina, who played the Red Ranger on Power Rangers Wild Force and Power Rangers Super Samurai (no, seriously), was taken to jail on Sunday for the death of his roommate Joshua Sutter.

Authorities say that the former Power Ranger and his roommate got into an argument that turned into a fight that afternoon. The argument had to have pretty heated because they reported that “Medina retreated to his bedroom with his girlfriend, but when Sutter forced his way into the room Medina grabbed a sword he kept near the door and stabbed his roommate in the abdomen.” Medina then called 911 and waited for an ambulance to arrive.

Yikes. Assuming he didn’t just mistake his roommate for Lord Zedd or Ivan Ooze, this doesn’t really bode well for the former TV star.

Really changes the way you’ll look at scenes like this.
