Super Bowl 49 was just as good as we expected it to be.

The culmination of the 2014 NFL season was as good as advertised. Although DeflateGate and Marshawn Lynch’s press conferences were talked about all week, Super Bowl 49 sure had its fair share of twists and turns. For the AFC New England Patriots, they will be going home with their fourth Super Bowl in the past 14 years. For the opposition, the 2014 Super Bowl-winning Seattle Seahawks will be heading home empty-handed and extremely upset.

Unlike last year’s Super Bowl, this team was competitive fro mstart to finish. The final game of the season is between the two best teams and the NFL won big-time this year because both teams were so evenly-matched. Although this game was by far the most entertaining game of the season, NFL fans are now forced to wait around 210 days until the start of the 2015 season. The good news, however, is that we are less than three months away until the 2015 NFL Draft. Now that the final game of the 2014 NFL season is over, it’s time to take a look at five takeaways from Super Bowl 49.
