Boxing star Manny Pacquiao is seriously training for an “upcoming fight” which is widely expected to be against fellow star Floyd Mayweather.
There has been quite a bit of speculation surrounding a potential fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, and the two sides have been discussing a fight for quite some time now. It appears that the fight has a good chance of happening this time around, and Pacquiao posted something to his Instagram account that helped confirm those rumors.

He put up a picture with the caption that he was “training hard” for an “upcoming fight” which of course sounds like he expects a big fight to happen.
It is a fight that fans have been waiting to see for a long time. Both fighters have been elite throughout their careers, but they have yet to fight each other which has made it difficult to choose between them. That would change after a head-to-head fight, and it would finally judge once and for all which fighter is the best.
Obviously there is still a chance that things will fall apart and the fight won’t end up happening. The two sides have been deep in discussions before, but both fighters are nervous of losing their reputation to their bitter rival.
This fight also isn’t as appealing as it would’ve been years ago.
That being said, this type of post on social media is encouraging. Pacquiao and Mayweather need to make the fight happen now, as this is likely the last chance that they have to both fight somewhat in their primes.
