DeAndre Jordan throws down filthy jam

It wouldn’t be a Los Angeles Clippers game without some lob action, so Wednesday vs. the Rockets was no different with this DeAndre Jordan jam.

Did somebody say Lob City?

Yes, the Los Angeles Clippers aren’t quite as fancy and flashy without Blake Griffin, but DeAndre Jordan has done a fair job of shining under the lights in LA.

On Wednesday night, Jordan took flight for a sick one-handed slam while facing the Houston Rockets.

Jordan has become quite the freak athlete, especially being 6-foot-11 and 265 pounds. Here, Jordan soars through the air to catch the alley-oop–from none other than Chris Paul–with one hand to flush it home.

Jordan is used to tracking down a Paul pass in mid-air after the past few seasons, but it is still incredible watching these lobs and finishes happen. Paul will always find Jordan, and Jordan will always reward Paul with an exciting finish and assist.

Dunks like these have helped Jordan put up some pretty impressive numbers this season. His dominance near the rim shows in his stats, shooting 72 percent overall and 75 percent at the rim. Jordan has put up some nice numbers elsewhere as well, averaging 11 points, 13.9 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks per game this season.

With Griffin injured, Jordan has been able to shine in his absence with dunks like these. And trust me, this was just one of many.
