The New York Knicks have the worst record in the NBA, and it’s thanks to terribly amazing plays like this one.

Alexey Shved has already played for three teams this year (Philadelphia 76ers, Houston Rockets and the New York Knicks) and he’s lucky that the trade deadline has come and gone, because what he did Friday night might have been bad enough to get him traded again.

The Knicks may have beaten the Raptors by six points on Friday, but the only thing people will remember from that game is one hilarious moment from Shved, whose shot was just a tad off the mark…

I wish I could make up some type of explanation as to why Shved did this, but I really can’t. The best I can think of is maybe he thought he was going to get fouled really hard so he just threw it up strong…REALLY STRONG!

I guess things like this are bound to happen when you have the worst team in the entire league, and it’s probably a good thing to see for fans that want to see the Knicks tank for the top pick in the draft.

Shved had 11 points in the game, which put him in double-digit scoring in back-to-back games for the first time since December.
