The mural features the caption, “A True Champion Will Fight Through Anything.”
The three dimensional mural makes it appear as if Mayweather is punching through the mural and wall.
While three dimensional street murals are nothing new, this one is better than the rest and highlights the artistic talents of Mr. Dheo and is fitting of a champion like Mayweather.
The Floyd Mayweather piece was even more incredibly painted freehand. It’s not the first work that Mr. Dheo has done of an athlete. He has previously featured Michael Jordan, Rafael Nadal and Christiano Ronaldo.
Mayweather is less than two months away from the biggest fight of his career as he takes on Manny Pacquiao, a fight that has been in the making for several years.
If Mayweather can defeat Pacquiao, he will cement his legacy as one of the greatest boxers of all time and will remain undefeated for his career.
If that happens, there might be even more murals and tributes to Mayweather across the world.
