That is why, in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, the MLB will be unveiling its latest line of green player jerseys. Uni Watch’s Phil Heckon posted the following photos to Twitter on Tuesday.
The tradition of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with green uniforms is not all that new in professional sports. Nevertheless, sports fans almost never get tired of teams breaking out the shamrock colored jerseys every time the holiday rolls around.
