ESPN 2 shows video game competition, people lose their minds

ESPN 2 is airing a video game competition and people are losing their minds on Twitter.

ESPN 2 decided to do something a little out of the ordinary on Sunday night. Instead of showing some repeat of SportsCenter, or a SportCenter filled with recorded segments from earlier in the day and a few updates, they decided to go with a live sporting event.

Only, the sporting event is a video game competition and not a traditional sport like basketball, hockey, or baseball.

The folks sitting on their couches at home responded accordingly when they changed the channel to ESPN 2, by freaking out and losing their mind.
