Take a look at what Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry had to say after winning his first NBA MVP trophy

On Monday it was officially announced that Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry had won the NBA MVP award for the 2014-15 season, and rightfully so. While there were a few other more than deserving candidates, we found out countless times throughout the season that there was no one more valuable to their team than Curry.

The little guy that made waves for Davidson in the NCAA Tournament wasn’t expected to be here on this stage he was today, but he was, which means that he had the chance to rub it in a lot of peoples’ faces.

But, as we’ve also come to find out about Curry, aside from being the most valuable player in the NBA, he’s also quite the humble young man.

That showed once again as he made the acceptance speech on Monday after he was given his trophy he worked so hard for.

Not only is Curry great to have on the court for our entertainment night in and night out, but as you can see here, he’s also quite the model young man to have around as well.
