New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony took to his Instagram account to show off his new $565,000 watch.

Last off-season, Carmelo Anthony signed one of the richest contracts in the NBA that payed him $120+ million.

With such a large bankroll and being the guy in New York City, Anthony has plenty of money to afford a lavish lifestyle.

One of the things he recently bought was a Greubel Forsey GMT wristwatch.

Here’s the kicker, the watch is worth an amazing $565,000. Over a half of a million dollars for a watch!

It’s doubtful that any watch quite has the components of this one and to the detail that it has.

For over a half a million dollars, that watch better have one heck of a battery. As for Carmelo Anthony, he can now count down the days to the draft, when the Knicks have a chance to put the next star in New York City alongside him.

Think of the cars and other luxurious items that money can buy. However, in New York City, $565,000 is probably only good for a one bathroom, one bedroom flat.

Luckily for Carmelo, $565,000 is just a drop in the bucket for him.

His game on the court might be strong, but his watch game is even stronger.
