Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard hits Andrew Bogut but escapes with a flagrant 1.

The Houston Rockets are looking to avoid elimination against the Golden State Warriors in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals. Warriors star Steph Curry left the game with an injury after a scary fall that left him with a head contusion.

The Rockets almost lost their own star, center Dwight Howard. Though the big man leaving the game wouldn’t have been because of an injury but his stupid and immature behavior during the course of the game.

He got tangled with the Warriors Andrew Bogut, and looks to just deliberately and intentionally slap the crap out of Bogut.

Surprisingly he just got a flagrant 1, and was not ejected from the game. That left a lot of people dumbfounded given the ejections we’ve seen this post season.

That makes you wonder how that was possible. Al Horford was ejected for dropping a significantly more discreet, albeit it out of line, elbow on Sunday night. This is also eerily similar to the elbow Cleveland Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith threw that got him ejected and suspended for two games earlier in the post season.
