Apparently Shaquille O’Neal’s workout routine includes lifting Chris Webber

Though his playing days are over, the legend of Shaquille O’Neal continues to grow.

This is a man who shattered backboards, gave legendary quotes, and had an army of nicknames. A man who spent his first million within 30 minutes of getting it.

Now, to that list, we can add that he lifts Chris Webber as part of his workout.

Shaq is an enormous human being. It’s probable that his workouts are completely insane, even at 45 years old. Still, Webber was an NBA player too, one who was listed at 6-foot-10 and 245 pounds during his career. Webber was a low post player who was difficult to push around. Even for Shaq, lifting him like it’s nothing? Insanity.

Well, yes. We have not one but two videos proving that this happened, posted by Webber himself:

To summarize: Shaq is ridiculous. He may not play anymore, but the Big Aristotle could probably still push around most, if not all, of the centers in the league.

And so the legend continues.
