WWE SummerSlam Rumors: Charlotte and Sasha Banks to make their debuts

With the current storyline involving Paige and the Bella Twins in WWE, everyone knows that it’s only a matter of time until some help is on the way for the former Divas Champion. Of course, this has led to a lot of speculation that this help will come in the form of Sasha Banks and Charlotte from NXT, two call-ups that have been a long time coming to say the least.
Well, it now appears that they are indeed coming rather soon, and they’re going to get themselves a pretty big stage to make their official main roster debuts on.
According to a report from PW Insider, Sasha Banks and Charlotte are currently penciled in the make their debuts to help Paige at the SummerSlam pay-per-view show next month. So, these two ladies are getting one of the biggest stages of the year to make their way to the main roster.
Of course, this all makes a good amount of sense. Charlotte has been waiting to get called up for quite some time now, and Sasha Banks has been more than ready to make her impact as well. However, the one issue with Sasha making her way up is the fact that she’s the current NXT Women’s Champion. But this is an issue that can actually be taken care of the night before SummerSlam. With the announcement this past week that there will be a live NXT special on Saturday night inside the Barclays Center, she can just drop the title there to someone and get set for her WWE main roster run with Charlotte.
It should also be noted that the report states Bayley could also be the one to make her debut at SummerSlam alongside Charlotte. However, with the hand injury she’s currently dealing with, it’s looking like a good possibility that it will be Sasha Banks.
Either way, two of the most talented Divas in the company right now will be on WWE television before the summer is set to end, it’s looking like.
