Florida Gators commit Chauncey Gardner shaved the Gators logo into the back of his head at The Opening

The Opening competition is currently taking place out in Oregon, featuring some of the best talent from the class of 2016. In a little over a year from now, these players may be on the field for some of the biggest programs in the nation as freshmen, and this week they’re showcasing their skills.

Now while some of these players have verbally committed to their respective programs already, of course they’re not officially a part of any school. That can’t officially happen until the first Wednesday in February of 2016. From now until then, some of these players can change their minds on a dime. Well, Chauncey Gardner better not change his mind after what he showcased at The Opening.

Gardner is a four-star cornerback recruit that has a verbal commitment to the Florida Gators at the moment. Now Gardner had better not be one of the players that changes his mind, because he really showed off his allegiance to the Gators this week in the form of his haircut.

That’s definitely some nice work there, but again, Gardner better not be changing his mind about his commitment to the Gators. If he does, it’ll be a while before he lives this down.
