LeBron James intimidated by Ronda Rousey
By Mike Dyce
Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James admitted he was intimidated by UFC champion Ronda Rousey during a Twitter Q&A.
LeBron James held a Twitter Q&A session on Tuesday evening, and we learned some interesting things about the world’s greatest basketball player. For instance, James, like just about everyone else on the planet, is intimidated by UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey.
He isn’t alone, J.J. Watt made a joke about being afraid of Rousey at the ESPYs as well. At least James has a healthy understanding that if the two were to ever get in the ring she’d likely win.
Rousey stepping into the octagon with men has been the subject of fictional debates amongst fans for a long time. Most notably she gets compared to boxer Floyd Mayweather, who she threw some shade at Mayweather during those very same ESPYs that James didn’t approach her at.
UFC president Dana White has been on record numerous times saying Rousey would “ragdoll” Mayweather if that fictional fight were to ever happen.
