Jarvis Landry has added to the summer of one-handed grabs.

Not sure if these one-handed grabs are played out or not. Ever since ODB BROKETHEINTERNET with his nab against the Cowboys last year, it’s been open season. Nonetheless, it’s the offseason, we’re all jonesing for any kind of pigskin, and if the Dolphins release a slickly edited video of Jarvis Landry making one-handed catches from the jugs machine, well, it’s my appointed duty as a blogger to post.

Slight left-turn: can you imagine what LSU’s offense would’ve looked like if it had a halfway competent quarterback a few years back? Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry out wide, and then Jeremy Hill lined up in the backfield – that’s scary stuff.

In case you missed it, here’s a great tidbit from Les Miles after Beckham’s incredible grab last year. Peter King caught up with the Hatter, who talked about about ODB and Landry pushing each other in practice.

"“Odell pushed Jarvis, Jarvis pushed Odell,” he said. “I think—and I might be wrong—it was Jarvis who started making the one-handed catches at practice. And when he did it, Odell had to do it. At first, you know, the coach in me said, ‘Use two hands!’ But there are some catches you can’t use two hands to make. There are some balls you’ll just never get two hands on.”…“Some receivers you say have rare ball skills,” said Miles. “But anyone who has coached Odell, played against Odell, worked out Odell will tell you his ball skills are exceptional and rare. We saw in practice. We would stop and watch these one-handed catches Odell and Jarvis would make in practice. Let me tell you, it was nothing you have ever seen in other players.”"

Nuts to think that all these highlights we’re now seeing are old news to LSU guys. What a treat.
