If there’s one thing that’s been just a little odd about this summer in WWE, it’s the fact that the Undertaker’s been around. The man who generally only appears once a year for WrestleMania anymore is wrestling a match against Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. Just a few weeks ago, he even showed up on RAW to cut a promo.

Well, SummerSlam might not be the last we see of The Undertaker on WWE television.

According to a report from PW Insider, Undertaker is scheduled to appear on RAW the night after SummerSlam in Brooklyn. So no matter what happens in the rematch with Lesnar, he’ll be there in some form of fashion the following Monday night.

Then, there’s this little teaser from WWE.com that Undertaker might be showing up at Survivor Series in November as well. In an article they posted about 5 facts in regards to one of their biggest stars in history, they sort of teased that he will be taking part in those festivities too.

When you put these pieces together, they seem to add up to allude to the notion that SummerSlam will not be the last we see of The Undertaker on WWE television until next WrestleMania in Dallas. It sure seems like he’ll be sticking around to work some more programs.

This also begs the question as to whether or not this is a farewell tour of sorts. It’s been rumored for quite some time now that WrestleMania in his home state of Texas next spring will be when he finally hangs up the boots, trench coat and hat for good. If he’s making all these appearances this year that he normally doesn’t, that is a pretty strong indicator that he and WWE are giving the fans one last chance to see him before he heads off for good.
