With Joey Logano winning his third win of the season at Bristol Motor Speedway, where does he stand in the Sprint Cup Standings?

Joey Logano picked up his third win of the season on Saturday when he won the Irwin Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway. It’s a big win for Logano as he chases his first Sprint Cup Championship.

Right behind him on the night, though, was defending Sprint Cup Champion Kevin Harvick, who came close but really couldn’t get to Logano thanks to lapped traffic in front of him. For Harvick, however, it was a big win as it was his 17th top-5 finish, and it allowed him to keep a hefty gap on his Sprint Cup points lead.

However, the Sprint Cup points lead will only matter for two more weeks until “The Chase” begins, and then wins will be what’s important for success. Clint Bowyer, finished fifth on the night, which was huge for him as he tries to hold onto the final spot in “The Chase.”

For Bowyer, it would be a satisfying end to his run with Michael Waltrip Racing if he could get into the postseason.

Here are the updated Sprint Cup Standings after Bristol.
