New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady took his team to their fourth Super Bowl championship, and his fourth ring. Despite this success which has almost definitively given him the edge over Peyton Manning in their rivalry on the field, Brady’s jersey still isn’t outselling Manning’s.

According to DICK’s Sporting Goods’ Jersey Report, Manning has the fifth best selling jersey putting him just ahead of Brady on the list of top 20 overall.

Given the fourth Super Bowl win, it might have seemed like Brady would be selling more jerseys but perhaps the Deflategate scandal has cooled fans to Tom.

It might also hurt Brady that he has been with the same team for so long that Patriots fans already have a collection of Brady jerseys. Manning however is still relatively new to the Broncos and their fan base in comparison.

That being said, Brady still has the sixth-best selling jersey overall in the NFL and is the second-highest selling jersey of any Super Bowl champion.

Brady’s teammate and preferred touchdown target, tight end Rob Gronkowski, also cracks the top 20 at No. 14 overall, beating out Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco. Gronkowski is the only Super Bowl winning player in the Top 20 who is not a quarterback, a pretty impressive feat. It also makes Brady and Gronkowski the only Super Bowl winning teammates in the Top 20 as well.

If you’re wondering who is selling more jerseys than Manning and Brady, you might be surprised. Coming in atop the list is Cleveland Browns cornerback Joe Haden. He is followed by Philadelphia Eagles new running back DeMarco Murray and then New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. Murray is with a new team and coming off an incredibly impressive season that saw him lead the league in rushing, so again, it makes sense that his jersey would be flying off the shelves. Beckham is the Madden cover athlete and entering his second season, so his jersey flying off shelves makes sense as well.

But Joe Haden? Bizarre.
