Former college player picks up a loose ball and nails a three-pointer from the sideline while coaching a German Basketball League game.

They say that once you have basketball in your blood, it’s tough to let it go. Like riding a bike, it is just ingrained into you and you can pick it up and put it down at any time.

Such was the case for Tyron-Clement McCoy, a former Virginia Commonwealth guard that spent 16 years playing hoops in the German Basketball League. Now a coach in the same league, those opportunities to pick it up again are a little more rare than they used to be. However on those rare occasions, McCoy shows that he’s still got the range, as shared by Barri78 on Vine.

It doesn’t appear to both McCoy that he’s sporting a suit, tie, and likely a stylish pair of loafers. He picks up the loose ball and drains the three from deep on the sideline. The best part? He makes it look easy, dropping the high-arching bomb and barely ruffling the bottom of the net.

From what I can gather, McCoy is like David Hasslehoff over in Germany. In addition to having his number retired by EWE Baskets Oldenburg, McCoy also has an acting credit to his name, appearing in a television movie titled Paps, Versprechen hält man!, which translates to Paps Hold Promise You!.

Talk about multifaceted! Next thing you know McCoy will be cutting some German pop albums to deepen his resume.
